A Fruitarian Diet is a diet which consists mostly of fruits. We are a vegan community. We do not condone "detoxes", "fasting" or starvation. Ones diet does not need to be 100% fruit, or even 100% raw. Eating enough calories is of utmost importance (2000+/day for females and 2500+/day for males, minimum).
