I would suggest setting the floats slightly lower than the usual Holley technical specs call for. Not sure of the exact reason but it seems that todays fuel can create problems with stock Holley float settings and running rich, hot soak percolation, etc. They just seem to have better drivability on pump fuel if set say 1/16" lower or so.
