Cadillac cue not working.

The steering wheel controls work fine and the backup cam. The AC works but I cant change the settings from the screen. I can change the temp and set it to Auto. The radio works but I have to use the steering wheel controls . Nothing has changed in the car. Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again. That does not work sometimes, because it doesn't always prompt Siri when I long-press the button. Issue #2a: My phone is set in my CUE system as "First to Connect". CUE is based on Linux and Linux system often becomes unresponsive when HDDs are experiencing troubles, constant resets etc. Nice Ride.
