I’m Lvl 41 and working on the ‘Miner Miracles’ Quest, but I am unable to craft power armor at the Highlighted Station or the Adjacent One.Your normal armor isn’t stacking. Before the patch, i would be roughly 220 out and 320 in with two pocketed items. Now I’m roughly 220 out and 290 in.
